  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 lime, zested
  • 2 tbsp De La Viuda® Green Pepper Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 3 garlic gloves, minced
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, lime juice and zest, chili powder, De La Viuda® Green Pepper Hot Sauce, cumin and garlic cloves. 
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken in a zip lock bag with marinade. Press the excess air out and seal. Chill for 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
  3. Pre-heat grill to medium-high. Use tongs to transfer chicken to the grill then discard the marinade.
  4. Grill for 6-10 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  5. Serve with lime wedges and cilantro if desired.
